Stallion Service Contract; Pure Bred Connemara Mare or Non Connemara Mare

This Certifies that ____________________________________________________
              (Mare Owner)
whose address is _____________________________________________________ hereinafter referred to as Mare Owner, contracts for one
seasons service to the Stallion, Fergus, for the Mare ___________________________, Breed, Registration number, _____________________
color and marks __________________________________________________________________________________________________
for the year 2007, at a stud fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000)) with Big Bear Farm, P.O.Box 37, Pine Mountain, Georgia 31822, hereinafter
referred to as Stallion Owner.

1.        A nonrefundable booking fee is payable to Stallion Owner upon execution of this contract, in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars
($350.00). This booking fee is not refundable in any event other than if the Stallion becomes unavailable for breeding before the Mare is
serviced, then, in that one case, the booking fee will be refundable.

2.        A refundable deposit of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) is also payable to Stallion Owner upon execution of this contract, which is a
deposit to insure that all shipping containers and associated equipment are returned to the Stallion Owner promptly and in good condition.
Time is of the essence In regard to this paragraph. Mare Owner agrees to ship semen containers back to Big Bear Farm, 801 Butts Mill Rd., Pine
Mountain. Ga. 31822 to arrive no later than three days after the container is received. Shipment shall be by either Federal Express (FED EX) or
United Parcel Service (Red Label). Failure to do so could result in forfeiture of shipping container deposit.

3.        The balance of the stud fee is payable in full upon confirmation of the Mare in foal by a qualified veterinarian. Time is of the essence in
regard to this paragraph.

4.        Mare Owner agrees to pay semen collection fee for each shipment of semen, as well as all shipping costs, transportation costs and any
other out- of-pocket costs related to the shipment of semen such as veterinarian expenses, travel to and from the airport, etc.

5.        Stallion Owner DOES NOT guarantee a live foal from THIS MATING. Should the Mare abort or not foal a live foal (a Foal that stands and
nurses), then the Mare Owner is entitled to a return privilege for the same Mare for a future breeding season. This privilege will apply only if
Stallion Owner is notified by registered mail, within forty-eight hours after the foal’s death or abortion by the Mare. Statement of details by a
qualified veterinarian must follow within ten days thereafter or this privilege becomes null and void. In any event that occurs. Stallion Owner
will have earned the total stud fee once the Mare is confirmed in foal.

6.        When Stallion Owner signs and returns one copy of this contract to the Mare Owner, it will then be a binding contract on both parties
subject to all the terms and conditions included herein. This contract is not assignable or transferable by the Mare Owner.

7.        The 2007 breeding season is from March 1, 2007 until September 30, 2007.

8.        Both Parties agree that this contract shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia and that any legal action filed regarding
this agreement will be filed in a Georgia Court. Should an action be filed under this agreement, the losing party agrees to pay the costs and
attorney’s fees of the prevailing party on such amount as a court of competent jurisdiction shall award.

9.        The Temporary Foal Certificate will be signed by Stallion Owner upon confirmation of foal’s birth.

Fergus is an An Tostal Hall of Fame Award and Golden Shamrock winner.   He is a 14.1 hand Approved
Connemara Stallion who has won many hearts and ribbons for many successful years. This little handsome
man goes into the warm up ring and finds himself in interesting positions. When Fergus started competing
at the FEI Level in Dressage, he was the only pony at that level besides his mother Big Bear’s Katie O’
Hara. The bigger horses would trot by and say “How cute.” They did not take him seriously, at least until
he walked into the ring or the scores came up. Soon after that Fergus had fan clubs everywhere. They all
came down to the ring to see this little expressive lovable stallion dance around the ring with pleasure and
grace. He inspired many to become serious about the sport of Dressage. He also caused many to consider
smaller horses.   Most of Fergus’ life has been spent in the show ring winning through Intermediare
Dressage. In Fergus' last years of competing Leigh Ellen Roberts took him into other arenas where Fergus
continued to shine. He won through Preliminary Combined Training, as well as Championships in Hunter
and Jumper. Then Fergus won Champion Stallion at several USDF Breeders Championships. This was very
exciting to see a pony, not in his youth, go in against these beautiful Warmblood Stallions and win hands
down. Fergus has earned the points for his Gold Medallion in Dressage, Combined Training, Hunter,
Jumper, and Halter.   Thus he was the first Connemara to be eligible to win the Golden Shamrock Award.
What an honor! Fergus is sound and in great shape. That is why we have chosen to retire him from
serious competition. Fergus is taking up a new job. He is now head therapist of Enoch Ministries Inc.
