Games: Will be split W/T and Canter groups. W/t groups will be allowed a handler. G. Hot Dog Race travel across ring and bit a hotdog being hung from a fishing pole and then back. H. Tunnel Race travel across ring and dismount crawl through barrel remount and then back. I. Trail Race travel across ring and then back going over a variety of obstacles. J. Cowboy Shooting travel across ring and poke a balloon from the rail of the ring and then back. K. Leadline Rider walks while performing simple balancing maneuvers at judge’s request. L. Musical sacks Same concept as musical chairs but with sacks. Your horse has to put a foot on the sack to claim your spot. Thanks and see you soon!) 100% of the funds generated by the show facility at Big Bear Farm go to benefit Enoch Ministries Inc. What is a Derby? Our Derbies will consist of Amoeba through Preliem divisions and courses are judged on time and faults. There will be an Optimum time for each level and the closest to that time without going over with a clear round will win the class. The course will be set in the cross country field and will consist of a mixture of Cross Country and Stadium obstacles. Riders may enter multiple times at any one level or several levels. Rider and horse pairs can not enter more then three consecutive levels. Rules of safety and faults will follow the rules and guidelines set out by the USAE, and USEA. Divisions: Amoeba through Intermediate (2' through 3'9") Course; approximately 20 obstacles, Fifty percent cross-country and fifty percent show jumping fences Entry Fees; $40 per class and Extra rounds allowed at $20 per round. Closing date for schooling shows is the Wednesday before the show. Entries will not be excepted after Wednesday. Refunds will only be given to entries that scratch by closing date. We no longer have schooling rounds at our shows instead we have a place on the entry form where you can sign up for jumper classes at levels Amoeba and up. These classes will be placed with ribbons from 1st to 6th place. It will be judged with one round being scored for lowest faults and fastest time. Cross Country schooling is $35 per day Stabling is $35 for one night and $50 for two nights Dressage only schooling is $15 per day Stadium is not available for schooling except in lessons with Big Bear Staff. | Congratulations to our winners. To all those who have come to our shows and had a good time we thank you for your support. I am thankful that the shows have been such a success. All funds from the shows have and will go to the purchase of the facility for use by Enoch Ministries. We enjoyed seeing everyone and thought everyone has been doing a great job.
