| Psalm XXIII aka "Jesty" |
| Happy Homecoming!!! I wanted to share more good news with all of you. Not only am I getting married this year but Psalm XXIII has been restored to me. In case you didn't know. In 1998 I was competing at the Advance level in eventing with much success on a horse that I trained myself and loved dearly. I always knew I wanted to go to the Olympics and win the gold... But as I grew close to that goal I began to feel this emptiness inside of me growing. At that time I met Bob Edwards and discovered that God was more then an image. A relationship with him held great depth. I began to hunger and long to grow closer and know Him. At that time I made a decision that I have never regretted. I sold Psalm XXIII "Jesty" and left all that I knew to go to the school of Ministry in Canada. There I went through an intense inner healing where I KNEW my Father. He was present with me and in me. Once I returned home I continued to grow in my knowledge of who He is and His Power, Authority, and Grace. My growth continues even still today. God gave me a love and passion for horses. I am still involved with horses to a great degree. But the vision in my life is different now. I am a therapist and I use horses in my therapy. They are my co therapist as they break through emotional barriers and minister to the hearts of those who are broken and hurting. I have built Enoch Ministries to facilitate this divine work. Back to Psalm XXIII. I have never stopped thinking of Jesty. I have kept up with her to the best of my ability as she continued on her path going to three star competitions and then to Rolex four star three day event. I know she has enjoyed the ride. She was ridden by Micheal Pollard during this time. They have just donated her to Enoch Ministries. At 18 years old, Justy is sound with no history of injuries. We are all very excited at her homecoming after 9 years of being gone. It is amazing how God restores us in the same fashion. We some times go through some very deep valleys in life as well as some high mountains not knowing the fullness of God's Glory that awaits us on the other side. Jesty is a blessing. She was a partner and a friend who saw me through good times and bad. To be reunited with her is a very special wedding gift from God to me... |
